"Terribly managed. Unfortunately a group of children with no work experience managing themselves. They will not approach when needing a size for shoes, clothes, etc. you will have to approach them if you want anything done. They’re just sitting around lazy talking to each other. Company needs new management asap. I did not buy because of that reason"

"So most of the employees are just walking around not helping and if they are they have an attitude I get it it's work but at least do your job,but this worker was actually helping me and my son out he was kind working but why hire a DJ when you can hire better employees"

"Been shopping at that location since it was Finish Line. At JD I have purchased about 10 pairs of shoes in the last 6 months. Today I went to buy another pair and when I asked for my military discount they denied it. They said I have to be active duty to get the discount. I've always got the discount in the past and never hand an issue. I have my retired military ID and my TXDL says veteran on it. Well I decided to cancel my order. It's not very smart of this location to lose any business given the fact that Champs just opened two doors down and have a more friendly staff. They were happy to earn my business and gave me the discount I earned. Never shopping there again and telling my friends and family to do the same."
