"We walked in here wanting to buy a couple pairs of pants for my boyfriend. The store associates were with other customers, which is totally fine and understandable. However, we stood there for 15 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement or hello from anyone. We would have been happy to help ourselves since all the employees were busy, but there weren't any sizes out for us to grab. If you're going to make it impossible for customers to shop without assistance from the people that work there, they should at least say hello and acknowledge people when they walk in. So rude."
