"Walked in and several of their staff was standing around the cashier counter I asked for help and they ignored me so I asked again and they looked at me like I did something wrong… Wow I just trying to buy a suit for a wedding but on to the next store. I attached a photo so you can see I’m not kidding!!"

"Service is fairly quick and friendly. On a Saturday afternoon it wasn't too busy. However the a/c could be cranked up a bit. Rental prices were ok, $115 for a teenager complete suit."

"Came in today to help my son with his wedding and to get himself and family members fitted, so glad we had an appt., it was very busy. Amy did a great job being patient with all of our questions and explaining how the process worked. I was happy that I had shopped online prior because the prices they were quoting in store was much higher than what I saw online. When I pointed this out the price I saw online was honored. A huge hurdle is that they do not have options for you to try on anymore. So If you want a grey jacket with a red tie use your imagination, because they only have black, and the suit or tux jacket is only in 1 style. This is very different than the experience my son had when he went to prom. Back then they had him try on different jacket styles and colors including vests. To be honest it was tough to pay for something that we couldn't see put together. Another BIG concern was the main door entrance facing 1960 had the security gate closed. Our appt was at 11:00 a.m. and as previously mentioned it was busy in the store but the main security gate was not open. I like this was a violation of fire code if not many other security concerns for everyone inside. We had to enter and exit through side single door, and that was close to 1pm."
