May be he does it (they do) and projection might be strong, Dont know why Nautica employs such people. So I told him to throw it in the trash and will never return. I'm sure he kept it for himself lol, easy money, right?"

"The quality of clothes is great however the customer service in the store is poor. Today I visited the store only to be greeted my a young man, with an attitude, who was unwilling to help. I asked for the district manager or store manager information and he immediately said he didnt know their name and cant find any information. The only female associate was very patronizing. She tried to cover up her rudeness, unlike the other guy at the register. If you like to give your money to disrespectful reps, then by all means, go. But I will not return or give another dollar to this brand."
