"TERRIBLE rental department. None of our groom's party had a well fitting tux. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE if you want to wear boots. One guy at the store said it can't be done --- HELLO, WE ARE IN TX, it can be done and look great. The groom made 4 trips to the store before getting a pair of pants that fit. One couldn't button his vest. One guy's pants were falling down and their alterations person told him there was nothing they could do. One guy got charged multiple times. One of the ties had to be tie wrapped at the venue because the cheap hooked looked broken. We chose the Katy store because the lady in Sugarland was more than rude. Hey Brandon, you can fool people with nice once, but bad service and bad quality will not get you repeat customers."

"Walked in needing a suit for an event same day. Just hadn't had the time to come in earlier. Was greeted by Nathan right away and he helped me through the process of finding a great suit that ended up being an awesome price. I told him I wear a suit maybe once a year so I didn't want to spend a lot on it. Nathan looked through all the options to get me what I needed in the size that fit well. All in all it was a great experience!"

"Please do yourself a favor and do not shop at this location. It’s unfortunate because my husband and I had a positive experience the first time when went in to rent a suit for a wedding. Because of the first experience, My husband bought a suit on a Friday for an event but unfortunately we were unable to attend due to a family emergency so I attempted to returned it Sunday. When I went to return it Sunday, unworn, Bradford Gore immediately told me no without looking at the suit. He then brought the manager, Steve McOllister to the front and Steve proceeded to ask me inappropriate questions such as, there’s not another event you can go to?, Where’s your husband?, Are you telling me he’s never going to an occasion where he’ll need the suit? It made me feel incredibly uncomfortable given this is a male dominate store. I sincerely felt that if I were male, I would have not gotten so many questions asked. I asked for the customer service number and was given a card. When I went to ask for both their names, Bradford was hesitant but gave his name. When I asked for the store manager’s, Steve, who was at the next register stayed quiet and looked away. Bradford had to give it, along with his last name. As a women, I should be able to confidently go into this store and not be treated different because I’m a woman. This is 2023 yet the sexism is very real at this location. Allison with Customer service was the only understanding rep during this time. She apologized and did what she could to make the situation better. I sincerely appreciate her and her compassion during this event. Bradford Gore and Steve McOllister really need retraining on their customer service skills. This is ridiculous. Will never shop at this location again."

"0/10 stars. worst possible experience and caused so much unnecessary stress. To start, my now husband/his dad/and his brother went in to buy suits. The sales guy was very rude and unprofessional. They were very close to walking out but didn’t and now I wish they had. Fast forward to 2 days before the wedding when the groomsmen were picking up their rentals. Each groomsman and the groom were supposed to have a sage green tie and pocket square. They gave everyone a mint green tie and 3/6 people a pocket square. I was on the phone with the store manager at 8:30pm panicking 2 days before my wedding and they was offered no solution or discount. I frantically bought 6 ties from Amazon 2 days before my wedding because no one wanted to help me. Also, 3/6 suits were not altered upon pickup. This was an absolute nightmare using men’s warehouse and left me so stressed. Definitely do not recommend and wouldn’t wish the stress on anyone."

"Got my son fitted for a suit for homecoming. When I got to the store to pick up the suit they asked if he wanted to try the suit or at home or in store. Luckily I told them he wanted to try it in the store before we left. The jacket was too small and he could barely lift his arms past his shoulders. They tried to find him a different suit that would fit him but I would be paying full price rent a pieces together suit. Instead I just cancelled the order. The main reason I give them one star is because even though they try to fix the issue, they did not offer anything for the mistake made on their part. They lost nothing and my son is now without a suit. I feel a company that charges over $280 for a rental could have at very least offered a discount if I returned. Even if I didn’t use it or go back, at least try to keep a customer. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your tuxedo rentals."
