"Alot of times they say my Rx will be ready in the morning at a certain time. I give it over 2 hours after the time they stated and they still don't have my meds ready. I have to get back in line and wait again. I also avoid the right hand side outdoor pick up line because when the meds come down and the little box opens, my meds always spill out. If I don't have someone with me to retrieve them then I have to climb over my passenger seat to get out of my car to get the meds. Very inconvenient unless you have a passenger with you."

"Wait time is as expected anywhere = It'll take a while. Go early in the morning if you don't have 10-15 mins to spare. The techs are kind and patient with guests, in a high traffic pharmacy. Anyone leaving a bad review is not considering the volume of guests coming through daily. It is unrealistic for staff to be expected to deliver expedited service. Then, expected to be robotically unphased to tolerate the projected impatience of guests. Pharmacies sometimes are out of stock across pharm chains because of warehouse inventory, not the chain location. Techs are not allowed to disclose inventory counts on certain precriptions over the phone. Therefore, requiring in-store inquiry. (All typical). Walgreens Pharmacy employees in Burleson, are doing their job. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the voice prompt said my Rx was never prescribed. But, when I spoke with a pharm tech, she said it was ready for pick up. She was polite and helpful. And yes, I've been here more than a few times, and have experienced a variety of different pharmacies to base comparison."

"THIS PHARMACY IS A MESS TO PUT IT NICELY! It's gone from okay to absolutely the worst! Each time I call, they tell me different things. They are completely incompetent and the customer service is the absolute worse! It's impossible to talk to anyone, that's very annoying when they make so many mistakes. They hang up on you then it's impossible to get someone on the phone again. Don't know why I put up with them for so many years well today was the last day for them to hang up on me."

"The Walgreens at Wilshire is always clean and uncluttered. The Front Counter Staff are so patient and extremely friendly! I like that the store, as a whole, keeps the aisles free of clutter and usually seems to have a staff member just around the corner to provide assistance."

"Nice folks but calling them is absolutely the worst. Wait time is always long, sometimes up to an hour. I finally switched to the walgreens in crowley and it's night and day different. The crowley location has minimal wait time on the phone and Fairly quick turn around with call in scripts."
