"I got store credit since a year ago, came this time to buy I wanted to use my credit for a purchase but they told me money expired. The store manager told me this is very strange and never solved it, tried to call them to solve the issue, and visited them many times. It’s very wired that you have money and you can not access them. Never use a gift card with them or store credit because you will lose your money. And since when does money expire? They will never get back to you with any problem. I believe they steal my money"

"I usually go to this outlet for shopping. Every time I go to the Boss store it's the same. They have a discount ad in the window and when you go to pay for exactly what you took, it does not have the discount. But today I honestly left very disappointed. The guy who served us was rude. We asked him about some clothes and he said he didn't know about the discount. Then we went to the cashier and he said that he didn't know if the polo shirts he wanted to buy applied 40% because he didn't have a paper that said so but on the door it said very big and in red "The entire store 40% off" Because they have to be so rude to customers? This was just opening the store, it was approximately 11:00 am and I was already in a bad mood! You go shopping to have fun and find yourself with a vendor who manages to damage your day. The way he spoke to us was unpleasant, just by asking if that garment applied, among other things, he told us that he couldn't give us the discount because he can't lose his job for us. And I ask, is it that we were forcing him to do that? Of course not, we just ask like any customer does. Incredible. They should check the cameras, he had a black mask so they could listen to how he spoke to us. Luckily, the Armani Exchange is on the corner, and as soon as we walked in, they kindly attended us and we bought with pleasure."

"I always buy from this location I try to return 2 items the guys scan them by mistake because I always buy to many pieces from the store the manager refused to exchange them for me because it’s pass 30 days I told here I am gone buy more items she said I don’t care also I told her to check my acount to se every time I came I spend aver 2000$ in items she just have me leave the store with out buying anything there is another manager his name Ogastine he is very nice he always help me but this is not a way to talk to customer"
