However, I have decided to rate this experience with 3 stars because the salesperson did show a change in attitude after I addressed the issue, offering an apology and complimentary alterations. This gesture, while appreciated, does not fully compensate for the initial negative experience but indicates a willingness to acknowledge and rectify mistakes. I believe this is a valuable learning opportunity for the staff member involved and the business as a whole. Emphasizing the importance of humility, professionalism, and customer-centric service can prevent future incidents like this. "Cardell was really nice and professional. I had a good idea what I was looking for and he did great helping me with styling pointers (shirt, ties, shoes suggestions) and a really nice coat to give me several style combinations. And, he had good pointers on the alterations as well. I got in and out under 90 minutes with a suit, jacket, two shirts, two ties, and socks plus the alterations."
