"I used to love the store. It’s still the best one in DFW. However, I just moved back to DFW a few months ago. The customer service at Park Lane has gotten poor. In the way that you have to wait at the counter to check out while workers visit back in the Sport coat section. Also, they used to keep lots of trendy stuff. Now they carry a lot of Psycho Bunny and Robert Graham but not as much Lacoste Polo Vinyard Vines or Brooks Brothers. Psycho bunny has become a more “urban” trend. I still buy it from time to time because of the quality. But, I don’t want to wear the same stuff the guys selling dope wear."
