"How sad I took family there from out of state to buy a hat. Their were no hats to be seen. The last time I was there the grandfather was running the business and he had a lot of hats to and buy. There was nothing on display so we walked out empty handed. I was their one day ago. It was not clean, they were working on one hat. My niece waited till we got to the Stockyard and found a decent hat."

"I was in Ft. Worth for a family wedding and was thrilled to discover this hat shop was just across the street from my hotel! The history of being established since 1930’s is phenomenal and the antique hat forms and authentic equipment was fascinating to see. I quickly ran to my hotel room to retrieve my black Stetson for a quick cleaning, which he did not charge me for ❤️. Brad was so gracious, and I attended the wedding as the only female graced with a beautifully dressed Stetson on! Go see this incredible store! They are best known for being custom hat makers."

"I think this place is great! lot's of history and character. I'm sure the pandemic has been tough but the store seemed kinda lifeless and run down. I would love to see this place vibrant with a comfortable atmosphere. Maybe some chairs to sit or a lounge area to create conversation. Everyone loves a custom hat, I wonder if there were more opportunities to bring people together with coffee, cocktails or cigars. Just my observations.
