"As a person with a crazy-huge phobia when it comes to eyes... the optometrist at this location acknowledged my fear and treated me with compassion, understanding and actually relaxed me a bit to conduct the eye exam. I gained a great sense of trust for the optometrist and her knowledge and capability at this location. Following the exam, the women working the eyeglasses section were so helpful in my choosing of both prescription glasses as well as sunglasses. I never felt rushed and they helped me choose the best look for me. They also were very detailed in selecting options and explaining the costs, as well as the warranties and return policies. I would highly recommend Warby-Parker and this Fort Worth site."

"I love Warby Parker! They’re super friendly, helpful and informative when I went in today. They even helped me pick the best frames for my face shape. They got me in without an appt for an eye exam and the Dr was great as well. I honestly wouldn’t want to get glasses anywhere else now. It was easy and their prices are reasonable! It was $85 for an exam, $95 for non prescription sunglasses, $195 for prescription glasses. That was without insurance."

"Exceptional customer service. I was greeted immediately as soon as I walked in the door. Marisol was efficient multitasking and tending to various customers and their needs, as she also attended me through my entire sales process. She was able to locate some frames for me that were no longer in display and that I had seen on a previous visit to the store. I was happy, since this was my reason for the visit. I was also acknowledged immediately by Dr. Lilian Nguyen, as I waited for my appointment with her and as she tended to her previous appointment. She was patient and had a pleasant personality. I felt her confidence in her practice, and I felt confident with her advice. Fabulous experience!"

"The in-store experience was amazing. I actually booked online, and something messed up! My appointment was never fully confirmed, but no worry.....the front desk lady got me checked in and back to the eye doctor within five minutes! The parking was weird because it was very crowded, be mindful it is Christmas time! But, once I got into the store the experience was amazing. While I was waiting for the doctor, the sales associate helped me look for some glasses! She asked my style and pointed me to a great option for me...it's the option that I chose! Once I got back to the doctor, she asked very detailed questions and gave me great feedback! She was amazing! Once I finished, another lady helped me to check out and get all of my information! Classic of me, I did not have my debit card, but no worry they were still able to assist me with getting everything ordered! I truly enjoyed my experience. I interacted with almost everyone that was in store that day, and they were all very pleasant and attentive to my needs! Luckily I was not in dire need of immediate assistance, but I am sure that if I were this would be the best team to take care of me! I am not a person who enjoys online shopping when there's an in-person option, so I am very glad that I chose to come in versus shopping online!"

"Great experience at Warby Parker in Fort Worth! Fantastic staff, welcoming environment, great history, and more than just shopping for glasses - it’s an experience! Location: Warby Parker is located in Fort Worth by Mamaka Bowls and HG Supply Co. There is limited parking in the area, but spots open up frequently. The layout of the store was very simple and easy to move around in. I enjoyed the clean environment and the attention to detail in the design of the store communicating the brand. Customer Service: I was very pleased by the excellent customer service and expertise of Emily! She was welcoming, helped answer all of my questions, provided me with different frames to try on that worked for my face shape, helped me understand the current deals and even made me aware of getting an eye exam. She even provided for me some history about Warby Parker as I asked about the design of the store with all the books. Dr.Nguyen was also very helpful when I took the exam - helped me understand the entire process, walked me through what she was observing, and explained the changes to my prescription. Frames and Options: I enjoyed browsing the different sections with their types of frames. For my main frame, I got the gold Joaquin in wide width with added blue-light-filtering. I was able to get a deal for 15% off an additional frame so I ended up purchasing the Fisher frame in Brushed Ink as a pair of sunglasses. Grateful to be able to use my HSA for the purchase and get an additional deal. Overall, great experience at Warby Parker in Fort Worth! Thank you Emily and Dr. Nguyen!"
