"Hayden did not take the time to check on History of the tire and tried to give me a tire at a full price. Good thing I had gone to another Discount Tire prior coming to this one and they had given a prorated price. The only problem was that they didn’t have it in stock. Once I told Hayden of the prorated price they had given me at another store, he checked on the computer. I did get the $99 credit after all but I’m sure I would have paid the full price if I had not visited the other store first."

"Great experience. Uriel at the counter was great at finding me something that worked. Alexis was careful with my car. In particular the painted calipers my car comes with are not as durable as powder coated ones. Even when phoning in for immediate assistance a gentleman's name that started with an "H" deserves credit. Sorry for not remembering the name, but I did not get to meet him when I showed in person."

"Uriel took care of me I ordered two tires for my SUV from discount tire website and he ordered them the only downside was they didn't call once received. But other than that great service and he made an appointment the next day when I went in and didn't wait long. Hopefully that service stays there, because lots of turnover at these places.
