"Owner introduced himself to me as Bob. There were maybe a dozen people eating there at lunch. He recommended their momos. Lamb Chowk Special was mildly spiced, with a rich brown sauce that focused on the meat itself, seemed like kind of a pureed onion in the base. Meat in every bite, and every bite was very tender. Basmati rice on the side, but naan is an option. Complimentary chai was delicious. The atmosphere was very informal, with food served in disposable containers and kind of an unfinished decor - the focus is the food. Outstanding for take-out or a quick bite. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! EDIT: Returned for dinner. Samosas were delicious, served with an outstanding mint chutney. Wonderful garlic naan. Shrimp curry had a sauce similar to the lamb curry I had for lunch, but it worked well, with generous portions of shrimp."
"The food here is absolutely amazing and grabs the authenticity of taste. The spices they used in the foods are amazing. Bob was super amazing and the recommendation that he gave was all litt. Chef was also great. He explained really well about the dishes. They also take the feedback seriously. All the people who works there are amazing and friendly. Give this place a try. You wont be disappointed. Food here is gas guys. Don’t sleep on this. Let’s support this small business."
"Incredibly rich and well prepared dishes. The best food of the genre I have ever had the pleasure of eating. This is not your standard Indian food. Every entree and appetizer was at a level that I would expect to find in a high end restaurant in a major city. This is a rare six star food experience. I highly recommend the butter chicken, but there are no bad choices."
"Chow k was great. We ordered takeout and the order didn’t take long at all. All the food was really good, with decent sized portions. The food definitely tasted like it was made by someone who cares and this place is worth paying a visit. I recommend the chicken 65 and butter chicken. Both were very good for a place that has an Asian-indo-Nepal fusion menu."
