"My boyfriend and I went there on Tuesday afternoon, bought 3 things (all bulky: 2 pillows and a pair of black chunky shoes) and the young girl cashier somehow forgot to bag the shoes? Idek how. We didnt realize until it was too late bc we shouldnt have to double check that the items we paid for are bagged. Now we are back in houston without the shoes or any way of getting them"

"We just the worst experienced at this location. The alarm on one of the items that my wife was purchasing had been compromised, the sharp pin on the alarm was exposed and not protected. It was not visible and she got poked with it. She started bleeding and god knows what infection or bacteria she now has. The store manager Jesus Ortega has to do a better job at training his employees.So horrible incidents like this never hapen again."

"This place was a disaster at around 7 pm. There are two issues that I could see. One is a lack of staff and two disrespectful people who don't care if they trash the place. This is the worst Ross I've ever been in. I feel bad for the workers who have to stay after closing to the public to pick up after grown adults. Interestingly, the toy section wasn't bad."
