"I am not one to write bad reviews honestly, because I understand that we all have our bad days and I like to give establishments multiple chances, however, I've had too many bad experiences here. I've had multiple occasions where the employees were rude. Orders frequently get cancelled despite saying that they have stock on line. A lot of the times orders get cancelled too during major sales because they don't get completed in a timely manner and the items sell out. It seems like everytime I have ordered something here after they moved into the new spot, I have had issues. If it wasn't for the distance and if I was still working there, I would prefer to go to the Harlingen stores but I shouldn't have to drive 40 minutes over because of issues with the store here. It would be different if we didn't have a store here. All of these bad experiences unfortunately are making me not want to shop at b&bw at all anymore despite being a loyal customer for years."

"If I could give my visit more that 5 stars I would!! I’ve been a long time customer for years and with having teenage daughters, we visit the store very frequently , let me just say never had I received the great customer service experience I received Saturday ! All the sales representatives are always very friendly but Melissa helped me out and she went above and beyond to say the least in assisting me. She helped me find a candle scent that I had been looking for for a while. She was very patient with me as I couldn't make up my mind on which ones I liked better. She even took the time to ask my daughters their preferences in scents and suggested some cute travel size germ x ! I want to also add, although I have been a customer for over 10 years no one had ever encouraged me to sign up with the app, I had been missing out in soo many savings… Thank you Melissa for your wonderful assistance!"

"I love Bath and Body works and I'm not ashamed to say that. My wife and I frequent the McAllen Mall location but this time we were out in Brownsvile. The service was great a lot of people on the floor helping us out...I only took off one star because there was a specific cologne that I wanted and they said they didn't have it but I found it on the other side of the store..so maybe just a little more training on a few things..no biggie. I will be back!"
