"There's like 2 employees here so it seems. The lady was busy stitching/sewing and I understand. Asked the guy on the store inventory and he was rude and had a frown the whole time and with the customer before me also. I guess I'll go to the online NFL shop, I just didn't want to wait for the delivery but it's better than dealing with someone's attitude."
"Love the quick and easy customer service! There is a huge variety of caps to choose from, but I finally got my hands on a plain black fitted cap. I even got an awesome "B" patch on one of them referring to my name. Love the place and will definitely be back for more hats! :D !!!"
"Nice cap selection. Associate very nice and helpful. Explained custom process effectively. Once my artwork was digitized, the process to make the cap was about 1 hour. Cap was ready when I returned. Upselling of Access Pass was a nice touch and info very helpful. Overall a great experience. Will be back."
