"A little annoyed that I made an appointment at 8 o’clock arrived at 8:03 and it wasn’t until 948 that they were able to take my car in on the lift for an alignment. The whole purpose of me making an appointment was to have my car service at 8 o’clock hopefully out by nine if I wanted to sit there and wait for two hours I could’ve just dropped my car off at a day that was a little bit more convenient for me and picked it up later. I had some place to go, so I just told them I’d take my car and come back another time when it’s more feasible for me to just drop it off when I don’t necessarily need my vehicle for a several hours."
