Bahama Buck's Fairfield

"Honestly, what is the point of an APP if you don't keep it tightly coordinated with what your shop can actually make at that time?? We got a group order of about 6 coordinated and entered into the app (which did that annoying "Update first" trick, so it was the most current version). That- by some miracle and 2 time-outs where the order partly reset- was paid in full, successfully submitted, received, and acknowledged as received. Imagine how fun it was to then send our peraon in to pick up the order and be told that shop cannot do "X" category of drinks, never does/has. Oh, and o e of the others ordered and paid for they can't make because they have no milk. So then the cute little teen innocuously asks, "What else do you want instead?" Oh, and it turns out the large BRM with extra wedding cake syrup and sprinkles was sadly/hilariously JUST ice, a few sprinkles, and ice cream. NO syrup. Seriously??"

"Bad customer service at its finest! There was a large group of kids (6-8) in front of us. They ordered and received them as ordered. We ordered 2 snocones and 2 smoothies. My kids got received the snowcones but still no smoothies. People that ordered after us were getting their orders (snowcones) & here we are just sitting there waiting. The gentleman that took our order seen us sitting there and kept taking more orders and would look our way but failed to acknowledge WHY we still hadn't received our snowcones!!! There was another young lady only making snowcones & him taking orders. We did see a young lady in the back talking with someone who walked in. I'm assuming a employee that was off the clock. I finally asked for our money back because we had been waiting over 20 minutes at that point. When I approached the gentleman he had ZERO care in the world that we had just sitting there. He had a little chuckle and said sure. Gave me two receipts showing a refund but I have not received one. At this time I've been charged $27 for 2 SMALL SNOWCONES!!!"

"Enjoyed our recent visit to Bahama Buck’s Fairfield. Although they were extremely busy, the employees worked efficiently to get our order out in a reasonable amount of time. The owners and their employees work very had to ensure customers have a positive experience."

"I am a frequent customer of the Bahama Bucks in Waco and we were in the neighborhood of cypress and wanted a snow cone. I can honestly say worse we have been too. I don’t blame the high school girls working, I blame management. It was a busy Sunday And there was 4 girls in there all by themselves confused and panicked because of how busy it was. Granted there was only about 12 customers but for them I’m sure it felt overwhelming. The shame is that their was no management in site, no adult present. Just young girls clueless as to how to run a business. They also have clearly not been properly trained how to make a snow cone. There was no packing down the snow no tropic crème or party sprinkles mid way through and entirely way too much syrup. I ordered my usual wedding cake with extra crème and party sprinkles. There was no extra crème and a dab of sprinkles. Not to mention because of the poor making of the snow cone itself the whole thing could have been drank with a straw. Pure slush. Such a shame this franchise owner has the privilege to own such an amazing company and run it’s reputation in the ground with poor business management."
