Starbucks

"Everytime I PURCHASE a beverage, this young man seems to be so careless on making sure my drink is how I order it. This is now the 4th time he’s made my drink horribly. My drink alone is 11.00 so I expect it to be right. When I brought it to his attention , he tried to excuse it because I got half n half. This is my “go to” drink so I know how it’s made. I didn’t ask for foam or anything. I paid the extra for extra stuff and he still had left over in the cup he mixed it in. As I’m telling him it’s not how it’s suppose to be…he preceded to pour the drink out instead of filling the cup for what I paid for. I’m done with this Starbucks and management needs to have a conversation with that young man. I also waited at least 10 mins. So frustrating."

"This has got to the slowest SB I've ever been to. I've never seen a group of workers dragging their feet like this. I'm writing this review while waiting on my 1 drink and it has been almost 10 minutes. The other people before me still have not gotten their drinks either. I recommend avoid this location just because of the service."

"This has to be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They did warn me that it would take 20 min for a black cold brew and a cheese danish. Only reason I said no worries is because I was doing some shopping in the Kroger. 25 min later I walked up and it was just caked with people sitting around waiting. I waited awhile and then asked about my order. The girl goes “oh yeah.” Pours the cold brew and hands me a cheese danish. Right there. So this whole time you could’ve just poured the drink? That’s wild. Management needs to fix the issue. There’s always only one person making drinks and one person standing there watching or grabbing a pastry every now and then."

"Their is typically 4 people or so working on busy days but today there was a 20 min wait and over 20 people waiting for their orders"

"Maybe it just the afternoon shift at 5pm but i worked at a Starbucks and for one when I went to pay for my order the guy was rude about it then both of my drinks came out wrong I didn't care for mine anymore but for my husband I order a Carmel frap and they gave me a Carmel drink with ice it didn't even taste like they put 2 shots in there and it was in the wrong cup with no wip its definitely not hard to make at all and when I took the drink they both started laughing when I walked away with it but once I came back to get it fixed I had to explain to them that a frap is blinded ice not cubed and once I walked away they told me it was done but at this point it doesn't matter i just know I won't go back there for sure !!!!!!!!!!!!!"
