"I had to order something else because they ran out of the original drink I wanted, which was brown sugar bubble milk tea. After that I sat down at waited 40 minutes without being served. I walked to the register only for the cashier to tell me they ran out of boba. They didn’t announce it or tell anyone else in the store, most of which came before me so they must have been waiting 40 minutes plus. They only offered to replace my topping and the drink ended up being kind of weird tasting. Won’t be going back."

"I called and ordered in advance, I loved that they accept orders over the phone. I was in a rush and I try to order ahead when I can. Besides the cute cups and straws… the tea (IMO) was pretty average. The tarp bubble tea however is very different and is worth the try. Not a lot of tea houses offer fresh taro in the drinks so I thought that was a nice twist on things. For someone that wants milk alternatives…there’s is none (and as the statistic of use of dairy milk declines) I really hope to see other kind of milk alternatives such as -oak -almond -coconut Something! Something for those that doesn’t want the harmful hormones in regular dairy milk that other plant based mills can help make the teas so much better! Besides that, good stuff! And staff"
