"My experience at this location was phenomenal. The manager Francisco Flores definitely left an impact. I went to the little York location and was told it would be a 3 hour wait and it just so happens that Francisco was at the location picking up tires. He told me I could come to his store and he would take care of me. I arrived at his store and was greeted and helped immediately. Francisco came from the back and personally asked for my keys to change the tire on my vehicle. He inspected the vehicle and saw that other tires needed to be changed as it was a safety hazard so took it upon his-self to also change those tires as well. The process was expedited and I was comfortable in the waiting area. The staff was friendly the entire time. I would recommend this location to anyone."

"Always a great location to go to. They always answer my questions accurately and efficiently. They are considerate of the time frame I have , if I come in last min. & let me know if they will be able to accommodate me or not. Patrick makes sure the whole process is smooth sailing. I believe the other guy I work with as well name is Francisco ?,but overall, All of the workers are great . Definitely would recommend!"

"I Arrived at 7:30 am and the place had 3 people on site and told me it would be 30 minutes before they could get to me , I went to a 1 person independently owned and he got to the car immediately. I think these style of business are on their way out of the market. Someone said these places are for American women!"
