"I was impressed with the manager, Donte Hall at the Eldridge Rd location. I called another firestone nearby first. They wanted to charge me around $100 to check my coolant. They also gave me a quote for a thermostat and water pump replacement. When i asked if there were any deals for Firestone card members, he didn't seem interested in looking. So i thought I should try a different Firestone nearby, and I spoke to Donte on the phone. He really delivered. He said its $29.99 to check my coolant, and for the water pump and thermostat replacement, he let me know of a special for 10 percent off. So i saved around $200 on a coolant check and also with the 10 percent off for the major repairs. A big thanks to Donte Hall!"
