"I did really like this place. Over the Summer they fixed my Jeep from overheating after a terrible experience with another mechanic. That said, in the shortest words possible - I had my Jeep towed here after what I thought was a thermostat issue, again. To say I love my Jeep is an understatement. I take very good care of my car and have learned a tremendous amount about engines, owning a Jeep and just how shady mechanics can be towards women. And it has cost me - tremendously. Unlimited Off Road Repair told me I had blown head gaskets and it would be around 5k. I wanted a second opinion and ended up towing my Jeep back to Dallas. My trusted mechanics there said I had air in my system and that I needed it bled out. Anyone who has owned a Jeep knows this can be a problem that seems like a huge problem. My cost went from 5K to $150 dollars and my Jeep is back to running great. When I called and told them - they said “ well, we go by what our techs say.” Mechanics in Houston - good luck out there"

"I had an off road installation business check my 2008 tundra with a lift for any problems or needed service . They said I needed to replace the entire lift which would cost $5,700 . I took my truck to UNLIMITED OFFROAD to get another opinion. They said the lift did not need to be replaced , but , that the front cross bar had play and the bushings needed to be replaced . David showed me videos of the moving cross bar on his laptop . I liked that visual explanation of the situation . I feel like I can trust the company to do honest work at a fair price ."
