"First experience was great, charged me like 50-60 bucks to balance my drive shaft. Couldn’t have asked for more, they even painted it for me…went back kinda hoping to do business with them again but they ask for too much money “custom building” a drive shaft. I was asked how much I would spend to replace it and I said about 300. **150-175 gets me an OE replacement non rebuildable and 346 plus tax and free shipping gets me a custom one with rebuildable U joints for my vehicle** the gentleman said about 600 to build one. (insert Roblox death sound here). Yea….no thanks. It made sense to charge 600ish for the second shaft I presented but the first one really bamboozled me. I just recommend people to do research before hand, I was curious and wanted to see what they offered. My shaft is not rebuildable but I sourced a rebuildable version custom made from a reputable shop that supports my vehicle make and thought 346 was a bit, now I don’t feel bad spending it."

"Here is a pic of the driveshaft I changed the support bearing on after I was told the driveshaft was not serviceable. Then I bought the bearing (as well as the replacement shaft) to them to show them it was serviceable. Then they told me they wouldn't do it. So I did it myself. Which is fine since they can't seem to balance a driveshaft very well anyway. *Updated/Response 10-24-23 The manufacture sells the replacement part and lists a book time for service. You don't stand behind your warranty any as I have personally seen 4 of your custom built in house driveshafts come apart in various vehicles. Never once has your company stepped up to resolve it. Damage to the vehicles in excess $30,000."
