"I give this location a solid five stars. It began when Asst Manager Tracy snagged me some new tires for my Santa Car for almost $200 less than what some other tire places had given. Then when i pulled in today while sitting in the parking lot waiting my turn i noticed these guys hustle. Not a slow walker in sight. From the time i pulled into the bay till I rolled out was just over 11 minutes. And Polite too. Very courteous with customers from what I saw. I have a new tire place."

"I've had a few different experiences here, ranging from poor to extremely good. Most of my experiences have been great, but I did have a poor experience ONCE. Most of the times, the estimates are longer than the actual work -- so you'll get in/out faster than what is quoted -- always nice. I think, due to the volume, sometimes it is possible to get poor service, as some have noted. My guess is that they never escalated after the experience. The most important piece -- if you have an issue, escalate it -- and they WILL take care of it and jump over the moon to **earn** your satisfaction. I realize that things should be done correctly the first time. Things happen -- I get that. The fact that the customer service is on point enough to try to actually **work** towards remedying an issue cannot be commended enough. It's rare for a company to stand behind any kind of service or product. I wish more companies did this."

"Customer service is the SUPERB level at this location. I came in before 8am. The door had already opened. There were about 6 clients ahead of me. With tire inspections and replacement, I was able to get out of here at 8:38! Keep in mind, this is a cold day for houston at below 30F. As I walked in the front door, a service tech held the door for me 15 feet out! Staff here are very polite and friendly. I honestly wanting to find out what is their training courses! Very impressive. This is my second visit to this location."

"Friendly staff - smiling despite the hot Houston heat in July when I visited. Great explanation at the process and expectation of how long it would take. I had a tire basically blow out due to driving over a piece of wood on highway 290 South. I arrived at 10:01am and was back on the road at 11:06am. Amazing for that turnaround with no appointment and they had a full garage when I pulled up (full waiting area too). Not a huge parking lot at this location as compared to others so be patient as you got to wait for others to move around. Outside of the service rep telling me how federal funding should help remove debris on the freeway. He used California as a reference, which I thought was hysterical, given California’s record with state funding deficits. Let’s not bring California thoughts to Texas and at the Discount Tire place. My two cents. It was an overall great experience. And would recommend this location to anyone, and would encourage the tire insurance given how much construction goes on around our city."

"Normally great, small mishap when I had wheels put on some new tires I ordered. Ordering online was a breeze and they did follow up for install appointment. However, they installed 3 different style valve stems. I didn’t notice until I got home, I’ll get it fixed at rotation. 1 black stem, 2 with back and gold, and 1 extra long stem."
