"I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and assistance provided thus far. l bought a Porsche from this dealership a few weeks ago and upon its arrival the car had several issues that need immediate attention. As the car was purchased out of state , it has been particularly challenging to resolve these issues without the dealership cooperation. We have been unable to reach anyone or receive the necessary support to address this issues. I will not recommend."

"I made a deal with them, but I want to inform who wants to go there for a used car. Be careful, they push us to pay about 500$ for a adds. And I checked that with Toyota customer service they said they should not add this if you don’t want. I asked several times that I don’t need these adds but they pushed me to accept that they have already installed one of those and they don’t want that. I hope manager can do something about this scam."

"Terrible service do not do business with Sterling McCall Toyota Richmond. I have a Toyota 4 runner that I replaced the battery on not even 1 year ago I bought it from parts department thinking its better to stick with Toyota parts. I don't have my receipt because life, I'm busy I don't know where it went. I do however have my bank statement that shows my purchase it says Sterling McCall Toyota Richmond TX with dollar amount $191 the battery shows 10/22 for when it was purchased along with the serial so they could look it up but they won't. Saying only if I had it installed there could they do that. So basically I have to spend more money with them have them install it so they will keep records on it and then honor the warranty. Not good customer service at all they are all about just making money. I didn't have them install it because my son is a mechanic and actually worked at another Toyota dealership before so he was very capable. My husband tried to talk to service manager as well and he wouldn't help. My husband let it go because he's a civil servant and doesn't want to make a scene. He went somewhere else and just bought a new battery. But I just want people to be aware we all work hard for are money and we should go where people are honorable. Definitely not honorable people here."

Found the right car at right price. Did a little haggling on tint, guard, nitro tires but came out happy on price. Don't let other dealers promise and NOT deliver. Come here first!"
