"Two words. Go elsewhere. JDs made excuses for the delays in getting repairs done. JDs blamed the delay on the Warranty company for being impossible to reach. JDs (Gina and the mechanic) said the Warranty company told them in a second phone call the repairs were not covered. After almost 3 days, we got the vehicle back. $125 diagnostic, almost $500 in repairs, and the check engine light has come back on. I called the Warranty company and the "impossible to reach", and "difficult to work with Warranty company" (JDs words), and reached them in a single phone call. Had a professional on the line after a less than 5-minute hold. I was told (a) JDs had called once and not called back with the information requested (b) yes, the Warranty did cover the repairs I described once approved - but no approval had been given because JDs had never returned the call with the information needed. The shop does not open until, 9 "or sometimes 10", their inspection machine is broken, and they blame everything that is not going well on someone else. Hey, I own I saw enough red flags early on to start a flag business, and I chose to use them anyway because of their proximity to my home. That foolish decision is on me. This review is not for me. My money is already wasted. This review is for YOU. Go elsewhere."

"I was highly impressed with the knowledge of Dash (the Manager) He's a true A/C specialist. I had gone to another shop two different times trying to get it fixed and the other shop had no clue what was wrong with my A/C. Not only did he find the problem and fix it he also had me come back after 24 hours to check it to make sure there we no leaks. I saw other customers being taken care of as I waited. The price was fair and they are very reliable. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs."
