"Honestly there are no pictures because we were so engulfed in the Ramen that we didn’t stop to take pictures! If you check my reviews you’ll get that we’ve eaten Pho or Ramen in 7 states and this BY FAR SURPASSES THEM ALL. The flavor is amazing in the broth, which is a staple, but also in the minor details, like the soil scallion served with the Gyoza. The front of staff was not helpful at all, but damn Israel, a staff member, changed our whole tune within 2 minutes of being sat. He was so accommodating and helpful! Truly the best we’ve met since in Austin!"
"Great Outdoor Ramen Spot. The perfect patio space to enjoy authentic ramen dishes in an up and coming district of Austin. Very accommodating. Ordered the Chashu Rice Bowl and requested beef as a substitute for the pork belly. Beef wasn’t available so was surprised with four generous pieces of ‘chicharron’ style chicken. My party of six ordered and raved over the various ramen bowls. 12 thumbs up. Laid back atmosphere. Eclectic music playing at dining volume level. Strolled in at 5pm on a Sunday to an open area - plenty of seating. By 5:30pm the place was buzzing and comfortably packed. Vast Japanese whisky selection. Limited on vodka choices. Good food-pairing beer available."
"Incredibly rich broth and delicious ramen. We went with a few friends and everyone loved their ramen bowls. You have to queue up to get inside and that can take a while depending on the time of the day/if it’s a weekend. Once you get inside, you order and pay at the counter, although you can of course add to your order & pay once seated at your table, if you want more food/drinks. Service was pretty quick and polite. I got the #9 Curry Nu Skool and it is now one of my top 5 best vegan/veg ramens ever. You can add flavour ‘bombs’ to your ramen, although it is really not needed as the food is flavourful to begin with! Their cocktails were excellent too, we tried the Stray Cat Strut and the Kaizen Whisky (although it seems they do run out of the more popular cocktail choices). We didn’t get a chance to try any desserts. Their indoor seating is nice, typical of a ramen restaurant with long tables & benches. Outdoor seating looks pretty (but it was too cold to dine outside) and has some rather cool decor."
"The ramen was really good. Glad we stopped in to give it a try. The menu was clearly organized and the service was nice. Really liked the customizable spice options with the flavor “bombs.” The whole place was welcoming and was able to accommodate our group well. Not one complaint from any of us."
