"Juicy KARAAGE (fried chicken) and crispy KOROKKE (potato croquette)! Great ramen space with great service from the waitstaff and decor, just like back home in Japan. The ramen soup is also authentic, especially the SHIRO TONKOTSU, which is creamy and complex. The only regret I have is that the noodles are too briney, or maybe the brine is too strong.Egg noodles are too hard and short and torn. Please check the original recipe... Anyway, I will definitely come back again!"
"I recently savored the best ramen experience at Samurai Noodle, where Andrew's exceptional service stood out. Despite being the only person working, he remained calm, informative, and incredibly helpful. Andrew offered insightful feedback on the menu, enhancing my dining experience. I'm eager to return soon, as the perfect blend of delectable ramen and Andrew's top-notch service makes Samurai Noodle a must-visit spot."
"I should have known not to stay when from the start they were out of eggs, green bean sprouts, & their Karage was pink on the inside. The gyoza was burnt, just brown on one side and uncooked on the other. The broth for all of the ramen we got was oily and had no chicken or pork flavor. The chicken ramen was disgusting with brown chicken sitting on top. The noodles were also undercooked. I didn’t finish it and threw up before I could pay. You couldn’t pay me to come back. Service was not the worse with us but I noticed many customers not getting attended and walking out and the workers seeing it and not even trying to take their order. Save your money and go somewhere else. 0/10"
"Small little ramen place with homemade noodles. Staff is excellent and attentive. Food is delicious and piping hot. Best ramen during my short tenure in Houston."
