"I hate to waist this 30 minutes of my life doing this but I believe that the way you conduct yourself and the way you treat people in business life and in any situation is very important. There are many people .. more and more all the time that this applies to. South West Wheel Lubbock Texas - This review is directed to the Manager Doug Albrecht. I purchased 2 item in there store today. Josh Rains my sales person was very nice helpful and did a great job. Thank you Josh Great Job! When I made it back across town I looked at the receipt and it looked really expensive for what I bought. I have purchased about 10 of these similar trailer locks from them over the past few years along with other trailer items. After I looked them up online at their south west wheel website I found that the price on the website were way less. One of my items in store was $44.95 on line it was $24.95 so then I noticed the item number they gave me was tl22 the item I got from them is tl20 on the package. So I called SWW and talked to a women and explained my concern. She was very nice and helpful. She did tell me about 10 times that the manager will not match online prices even of the same company SWW! So I explained to her that I still think they made a mistake and charged me for the wrong item. So she said she would talk to the manager and let me know what they find. * So Doug Albrecht the manager called me and explained that they had made a mistake and that they charged me for the wrong item and it was $14.07 higher than it was supposed to be. He then told me that if I wanted to get that money back I would have to drive back across town and bring in the items and let him look at them to verify what I told him. Ok if I lived 2 miles from there I wouldn't mind doing this, however I live 20 miles away and asked if he could look at my recite he has on his files and talk to Josh to verify that I am not trying to steal from him. I offered to take pictures of items and recite, scan do anything I could from my office. He replied no the only way he can give me my money back that he overcharged me on is if I drive in and do this in person. He was really rude never once apologized for their mistake clearly did not give 2 shi..s about me. At this point I was pretty unhappy to say the least. I specifically asked him if this is how he wanted to go with this and he replied yes it is good buy. I told him I would be taking this matter further and would be talking to him soon. I called the Dallas office and spoke to 3 different managers all very nice I will say and the Dallas SWW explained how this behavior is unacceptable and that they would take care of me and thanked me for my business. About 30 min after getting off the phone with the Dallas SWW office I received a call from Josh at Lubbock SWW he told me that he had made a mistake and wanted to put the $14.07 dollars back on my card and apologized for the mistake. Again he was very nice and I thanked him. I then proceeded to ask to speak to Doug. I was hopping he had noticed how much of an A.. he had made of himself and now he was ready to make it right with me.... lol... yeah right not this Doug... He refused to apologize to me and continued to insult me and went on to tell me that "if I don't come back to SWW that will be fine" lol for real I don't wish anything bad on anyone but come on man do you really think you can treat people in the public like this with out repercussions? So now I guess I will go return all this shi. and get all my money back and buy this stuff online from the Dallas store... I'm sure I am not the only person that has had this type of experience with Doug at SWW Lubbock. JUSTICE ON PATROL"
