"Its $31.99/per person for AYCE on weekends. They have different varieties of broth and meat which makes me want to try everything on the menu .Customer service was very attentive; I like how they always come over to check on us. Also, love the bingsu they have for dessert!! FYI, If you make a reservation, they have 2 hour limit so best to have all parties arrive before getting seated."

"Came here for lunch on Friday and was super impressed! Very clean, meat was delicious, and everything was really fresh! Service was really good too - everyone’s very nice and everything comes out really fast! Lots of variety in veggies, noodles, etc. and everything was refreshed fast and very clean. This might be one of my fave AYCE hotpot in Houston. This place is beautiful as well! They have bing su for dessert which was really fun! We also got the uni tray and really enjoyed it!"

"Hot pot costs are crazy… but not with Shabu En! The place is really pretty and clean. The cuts of meat are good and priced around $22 for lunch. The dessert is really good as they have the shave ice bar (bingsu?). Really clean and good service."

"The ambiance is very high end, but food wise really so so! They have live lobster, abalone, oyster and uni but all extra and not cheap! To be honest, they really need to up their game on food selection! I went for lunch and it was limited selection! They only put out small amount of food so quickly you see an empty bowl! I went on first day for lunch, the service was OK considering it was quite busy. Meat come out slow because kitchen was busy. Overall experience was OK, I love shabu, so I would try again their dinner menu to see if I will change my mind!"

As a seafood lover, I was impressed by the freshness and flavors of the shrimp, scallops, oysters, and clams. The Asahi Draft tasted fresh and paired well with the hotpot. I also enjoyed the Hokuto and Lycheetini cocktails! They smelled fresh and had a smooth taste without being too strong, providing a refreshing drink option. I recommend the restaurant to offer a cooking guide for various types of food, ensuring customers know the optimal cooking times for each meat and seafood item."
