"Steve was pleasant when selling the car, but has been deflecting and avoiding communication since then. There was an issue that Steve supposedly fixed with the vehicle, but within weeks we had the same issue as before according to the Ford service team. When trying to communicate this to Steve, he responded a few times, but now is avoiding me. I've texted a few times and called with no response. Make sure you have your mechanic check Steve's "fixes" because apparently they don't last."

He has now started declining our phone calls and refuses to cooperate with our efforts to resolve this issue. Steve was very helpful through the process of me buying my car. "I was interested in a vehicle from this car lot. When setting the appointment the gentleman said he wouldn’t have many appointments during the week because of the rain. So, we set an appointment on his terms… for the weekend. I let him know we would be coming from 2 hours away. Anyway, fast forward to 30 minutes before our appointment. Out of the kindness of my heart I text him to let him know we are running about 8 minutes behind so he’s not just standing around waiting on us.
