"Amarillo location isn't great. Flew in from out of state where our location is wonderful. While my tux was correct due to measuring done at good location, the local party members all had misfit items even weeks after corrections were to be made. When picking up my tux the pants were clamped down under hanger waddled up so entirely wrinkled and had to be ironed last minute. When returning they refuse to provide receipt to anyone. Totally unprofessional location and would not recommend anyone doing business with them."

"These guys almost ruined my wedding. Everything was fantastic, went to try on the rental and they needed to alter it a bit. It was ready a few days before the wedding, and the wedding was out of town. Turns out they never made any adjustments to the suit. We had to drive 3 hours to the closest other location near our venue. They did try to make everything right, but the amount of stress this caused was enough for me to never do business with these folks again."

"The Amarillo Men's Wearhouse is a great place to buy a suit. Cynthia did a great job helping us. She talked to my son for a minute to find out what he needed, then showed him two great suits. The one he bought looks as if it was tailor made for him. We went into the store the day after Christmas thinking it would be an ordeal, but thanks to Cynthia's care and professionalism it was an easy and painless experience that cost a lot less than we expected."

"Looking to waste $300 per groomsman at your wedding? This is the perfect place for a useless expense. If I had to do it again, I would highly recommend using either Generation Tux or even trying my luck on a department store sale rack. Please note that neither store we worked with wanted to take ownership of the issues we experienced due to the “effect it would have on their end of year bonuses”; therefore, I will be leaving this same review for both the store we ordered from (Chandler, AZ) and the store we picked up from (Amarillo, TX) I ordered modern fit suits for 9 members of our wedding party from the Chandler store. Then each member went to the store they were closest to for measurements and payment. I ordered modern fit because I wanted the boys to be able to wear their boots instead of the shoes that come standard with the suit. Four days before the wedding, my husband and I went to try on his tux. At this point we discovered that our entire wedding party look was changed from modern fit (boot cut) to “extreme skinny.” All of my paperwork and the online portal still said modern fit, and no one ever tried to contact us regarding the change. We were told “someone in corporate changed our order because they didn’t think it would look good.” At this point the Amarillo store had to resubmit the entire order. Two days before the wedding, I called the Amarillo store to see if the order was ready. The guy on the phone told me he was too busy to check, but I was more than welcome to come to the store myself and check each bag individually. At this point it was too late to reorder if needed, and many of the guys had started to travel to the wedding destination. We had a member of the bridal party pick up all the reordered suits. On the morning of the wedding, NOT A SINGLE SUIT FIT. The boys had to trade items among each other and safety pin the items in order to look halfway decent. I am almost certain the store just put whatever pair of pants they could in a bag regardless of size and called it good. (3 of the groomsmen used the same measurements for different events and didn’t have any problems, so it wasn’t a measurement issue) As stated previously, neither store wanted to take ownership of the issue. We had to call corporate to get anything resolved. We were able to get a 50% refund on all the suits; however, we still spent a ridiculous amount of money on suits to receive a terrible product matched with terrible customer service."
