"I love SWV! The staff is always helpful and friendly. The food is fresh and delicious. And the wine is the best in the region. I recently attended their tasting at the mansion and their wine dinner and both were fantastic. This is a must visit winery if you visit or live in the Hill Country."

"A nice vineyard to spend a beautiful evening. I loved the place, it has plenty of natural sights and local vegetation and we were lucky to see some deers on our way back. Staff is friendly and have knowledge about their products. We had the tasting and it allowed us to try 5 different wines. Our table was outside and we had a beautiful charcuterie board in the center. Definitely a nice experience, and my recommendation is to try the Texas Reserve or the Sparkling Rose (My favorites)"

"What a beautiful winery! Had a lovely time at Singing Waters, we enjoyed the wine tasting, which included 5 glasses, at their indoor, air-conditioned tasting room, before moving to their outdoor, open-air pavilion, creek side, to listen to live music. They have a bistro that serves a variety of items, we opted for some Pinot Grigio, a charcuterie board and flat-bread pizza, all of which was excellent. Will certainly repeat!"

"I visited this lovely winery yesterday, and wow! What an absolutely amazing experience. First, the entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. They honor and respect veterans, and that is always a huge plus with me. Next, the grounds themselves are stunning and beautifully maintained. The outdoor seating area offers something for everyone, and the views are incredible. They even have goats you can feed (yup, I sure did, lol) and a gorgeous Air BnB on site! Finally, the food and wine were both divine. I had a veggie flatbread pizza and an Ahi tuna poke bowl... both were highly elevated and delicious! Okay, okay... I also had a slice of pumpkin tres leches cheesecake that was delish!!! I've visited many wineries in Texas, and this (by far) was my best experience! Oh, and the drive up off I-10 is beautiful. You'll see amazing views as the road climbs in elevation and snakes its way up into the Texas Hill Country. If you're looking for a romantic spot for "date night" or just a relaxing venue for a short day trip, do yourself a favor and come experience this place. I'll definitely be back soon!!"
