"The state of the shelves in this place was appalling. I went in at 11:15pm on a Thursday, there were NO other customers. One employee was sitting in an aisle in her phone, saying how she didn't want to be there. The other 2 were up at the front. Meanwhile the home goods shelves were a total mess, with customers trash and open packages. Terrible."

"I always like this location... but today, I went to purchase clothing for family members who were going out of town. I started shopping around 7:30 ish like an hour later I was ready to pay and like 4 customers were infront of me then I noticed that only ONE cashier was attending and I understand but half and hour later I noticed that her coworkers were working around the floor and did not care about helping her ... I asked her but she mentioned that there was nothing she could do ... so Sadly, I have to abandon all the items that I had chosen for my family and leave the store... after 40 minutes in lane waiting, I ran out of time. I hope next time there will be more teamwork and someone who cares about the store customer service."
