Macy's Backstage

Dear Macy's if you r planning to close down ur stores n moving Online just shut down the stores. It's so frustrating with ur staffs."

"Don't leave anything on hold here unless you're prepared for it to get lost. Yesterday I placed 3 tops on hold (the woman put it all in a bag, took down my name and phone number, and stuck a tag to the outside of the bag), but when I came back this morning it was nowhere to be found. The first woman I asked was extremely rude to me and said they don't take holds (they do). She wouldn't even look behind the counter and was completely unwilling to help, which led to me going to another department to seek assistance and walking around the racks I looked at the previous evening to try to find the garments again. Eventually with the managers help we found the items unmarked on a rack behind the cashier counter, with one of the shirts all balled up in a giant pile of clothing on the ground. What should've taken 5 minutes turned into 40 minutes. The cashier said they were really busy yesterday and that's why it got lost, but I placed the items on hold just before the store closed with hardly anyone in the store. I think it's because they are super disorganized and don't have all their employees on the same page as far as their policies/where to put things. Overall it was a very frustrating experience."
