"I've been coming here for years. The variety of sushi available is great. There are so many options. Every person I've ever brought here was able to find something they liked. On top of sushi/nigiri, they also have hot bites as well, such as udon and takoyaki. Food is easy to acquire. If it's not available on the conveyor belt, then you can order it from the tablet. The cost per plate is $3.25, which is a bit of an increase from what it was just a few years ago. The total can sneak up on you, so just make sure to keep track. After 15 plates you get a prize. Every 5 plates, a little movie plays on the screen asking you to help defeat some monster but dropping plates into the slot. The little robot waiters are absolutely adorable. They're so much fun to watch. Sometimes, they even interact with one another. They've been such a cute addition to the experience. Our human waitress was pretty good at checking up on us. She made sure we had plenty of refills. I highly recommend their app. You can join the wait list from it. Today, our wait was about 30 minutes, but sometimes I've waited 2 hours before. This place gets pretty busy, but for good reason. The text feature also gives a good estimate on where you are in the queue so you can explore some of the other amazing shops in the area while waiting. This place provides a fun experience that I thoroughly enjoy every time I visit Dallas if I can. I highly recommend checking them out at least once."

"The sushi is good here, and it’s a lot fun to pick what you want from the revolving belt. The ice cream is delicious too. My only complaint is that it was not cleaned very well. The soy sauce bottle was very sticky, and the booth seat felt sticky and dirty too."

"Kura is a great spot. Top 10 for me. Great selection, very clean, made fresh. Service is good. They do have robots, so you really don't need to interact with the staff at all except for seating. Always a great time. Though you better watch out if you're a big eater. That bill will catch up fast."
