Joe's Pizza Pasta & Subs 1022 South Broadway Street, Carrollton, TX 75006

"Horrible service and pizza was no good. So came in when the place was empty, was told to sit anywhere. A few seconds later another couple came in. Took the waiter a few minutes to take our drink order. That’s when a third party arrived. I kid you not, we waited for a good 20mins for them to come and take our order. I was ready to walk out but my friend wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. This waiter took the other tables order before ours. Even though we were there first. We finally got our simple order in. Everyone else had already gotten their food. By the time our pizza arrived, the second couple had finished eating, paid and left. The third party had also finished eating and were talking. Suffice to say I was livid. We took one but if the pizza and we were done. It was horrible. Asked for a to go box and just left."

"I have been a faithful Joes pizza goer for almost 20 years. The place is an absolute train wreck these days, especially with the kid that’s running it now. I Ordered pizzas for a party. I waited the allotted time (a little over 30 minutes) that it said it would take for the pizzas to be ready. I show up and waited for about 10 minutes before I was even greeted as the Kid in charge was loudly scolding an employee for being late in the kitchen. I was told they didn’t have an order from me. I show them where I ordered online and they go to the ticket printer where my ticket had been sitting for over 45 minutes at this time. No one ever checked it… the kid tried to tell me it just came through but it was time stamped. Told me it would be another 20-30 minutes. I come back 20 minutes later only to be told they were out of the toppings I ordered, pepperoni of all things. Another 10 minutes later my pizzas were ready. The kid offered to comp one of the pizzas yet here we are over a week later and I was charged full price for the order. After being a long time customer, I will never return to this location simply because of the kid running it. Very unprofessional with no ability to resolve issues."

"We came in as a group of 6 today because we were recommended by someone we knew. We were sat right away but it took FOREVER (i mean it! At least 30 mins) for us to be able to order water or food because there was only 1 man who is at least in his 70s working there. We felt really sorry for him because he had to do everything by himself (cleaning, serving and taking orders) and hope they would hire more people to help him. We were super hungry and when we were able to order, some of us wanted to order Chef salad and were told they didnt have the ingredients to make it. We finally ordered and had our food, the food came out hot and nice, the taste was ok, not too impressive."

"Truly terrible pizza. Floppy. Greasy. Not worth the cardboard it was delivered in. My Spinach Alfredo had no spinach and no Alfredo. Just cheese... The Margarita didnt have tomato sauce and the basil was bitter."

"If you’re wanting to experience an incredibly nice staff, look no further! We loved it here, and we’ll definitely be coming again. This restaurant is the cutest little spot with wonderful lighting. Appetizers and the pizza were delightful; Make sure to try the fried mushrooms and the bruschetta."
