"New Graybar office off of Pecan customer service is TERRIBLE! The Will Call is extremely slow. Before I got there people had been waiting 20 minutes. They need more help. I was late to a job waiting on them. They had 1 person working."
"Miracle workers here! If they have it they will move oceans to get it for you, if they don't they will give you a realistic timeframe on getting it and still move oceans to get it for you! These gentlemen are true professionals and absolutely wonderful to do business with"
"I have shopped at Graybar many times both in my professional career and my personal life. I have never experienced any issues here. I will say that just like most places these days, there can be a wait before they can assist you, mainly because they are busy helping others. Keep doing what y'all are doing, no complaints here!"
"Im giving them one star because of Very BAD customer service. I order black, white and red 4 gauge wire to be picked up the nexts day. They (Billy Bownds) told me yesterday it's on order and you can come by a pick up today at will call, anytime after 6 am. Came by to pick up materials was not here. He's excused was a glitch in the system and my order was lost. I asked Billy how can he help and try to make it right as I explain I'm will loose money on a job. Billy did not even try to make it right or help, poor customer service, not to mention very unprofessional. Asked for a manger and BOOM he was able to help and made it right. Now it's funny my order will be able to be picked up today. Thanks to the manger."
"I was working out of town and had to have parts late in the afternoon these folks waited for me a half hour after closing to make sure I had what I needed. They loaded me up and even checked my order in another town.Their counter area was well stocked and laid out first class."
