"Set up a fridge and washer/dryer for delivery. Called hours in advance to let them know that I had to pick up my son from school at a certain time (a 20 minute task). Was told the delivery team would call 30 minutes in advance and it wouldnt be a problem. Did not get the call 30 minutes in advance, Did not get the 15 minute grace wait time. They just bumped the delivery for 6 days later. I was told to go in person to process the cancelation. Arrive in person and they can't process the cancelation. They said they would call in the evening with an update. No call back. Literally failed at every level of the delivery and customer service process."

"I am so pleased to come to this location. We went to Home Depot this morning to buy a water heater and the store associate asked us if we need help. He pointed us to the right isle and at the same time he call for someone to help us. Another associate came over and helped us what we needed. He loaded the water heater into the cart, take us to the register and loaded it to our truck. The process of buying the item was very quick. Thank you Flugerville Home Depot for your quick service. I really appreciate you all. Lourdes K"

"This morning I went and bought some stones in the Garden Center. A very nice man helped me get them down from the high shelf and load my car. I came back this afternoon to get some more and could not find the man who helped me. I saw two young men in their twenties walking around the Garden Center doing absolutely nothing. I asked them if they wouldn't mind helping me get the stones down and they said that they didn't work in the Garden Center. They didn't even offer to find someone to help. I find it very pathetic that two strong tall young men refuse to help a petite customer because they don't "work in the Garden Center." The only reason I am giving 2 starts is for the nice man who helped me in the morning. The Store Manager needs to rethink hiring lazy young people."

"I always get very good service at this Home Depot but had the pleasure of being helped by Mark in lumber today. He was very friendly and helpful, even helping my me cut wood to within a 16th of an inch for my Purple Martin house. Great service!"
