"5 trailers / food trucks all different. 4-6 Indian food trucks that include Biryani, Chatpatti, Egg Laari, Indian desert truck as well. Sushi trailer very good and creative rolls, Venezuelan, 2 Mexican food trucks, Hawaiian BBQ rib meat and traditional Hawaiian dishes, Big Belly Bbq ribs, chicken and brisket, hotdog and burger truck, Thai Time Thai food Tom Yum, Tom ka and much more, cache bakery Venezuelan bakery with some meat sandwiches as well, Jamaican jerk Food truck chicken, oxtail, and curries."
"There are some truly great trucks in this food court. I've noticed some customers have complained about the consistency of hours & we have noticed that ourselves, but with small businesses it makes sense. I don't want anyone getting heatstroke, working while sick, missing a family emergency, etc. We have a couple of favorites so far, so if one truck is closed we just choose another."
