"For the FOURTH time, my order was delivered missing several items. No one answers the phone when you call the store. If you put in a contact request in the app to try to get a resolution, someone will call back from a 512 area code, but will only let the phone ring once, then ignore any callback attempts. This is absolutely absurd. This is now about $100 worth of orders that have been messed up by this location and never once have I gotten a refund, credit, or even an offer at providing the missing items. Worst Wendy's ever. Do not order from here."

"I'm tired of how Wendy's continually tries to pass on cold food to me. First, it's the fries. Cold & limp. Then the burger is lukewarm. Why? Wendy's, why do you think it's OK to give your customers old food? Just trash it! Or better yet, get better managers. CUSTOMERS: Don't put up with old food! Check your food & if it's not piping hot, then make them give you fresh food. You deserve hot, fresh food! You are paying for it. They do this to us because we put up with it. I say no more!"

"They gave me the wrong order...glad I checked before I drove off. I ordered a spicy chicken meal but instead got a double cheesburger. The manager acted put out by me sending the order back as if I was in the wrong. When she handed it to me, she rudely said "here!" I would not recommend this Wendy's."

"I like this location…. It’s clean and in a clean area… lots of young workers, the attendant was helpful. Great deals here. Especially the grab $4/ $5."

"I love this neighborhood Wendy's that is close to our home. Kids also love it when dropping them off after school to grab a quick meal and hang out with her friends. The interior has been recently updated and it looks amazing!. The service and the food were a lot better than I expected and we will be back soon!"
