"0 STARS IF YOU ASK ME. How you gonna sell me a jacket with a slash in the back of it. Yes, I UNDERSTAND their 14 day policy BUT the old lady at the register was trying to tell me I slashed it & that she wouldn’t sell me anything like that. With the receipt & the tag still on it! TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY! She was rude as hell & I even tried to explain to her that I shop there frequently & if she could give me store credit. Won’t be going back to Q ever again. Won’t be taking any of my money no more"
