"I'll admit that I went at 11:30pm, which is half an hour before they close. I'm sure they all wanted to go home. That being said, it's not like I showed up two minutes before close and asked for a huge order. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo, and a large fry. When the order came, the bag was ripped. The sandwich had mayonnaise on it. The fry container was half full and what fries it had were almost burned. The biggest thing to me is that after she handed me the bag, I offered my thanks and wished her a good night. The woman manning the window turned a frigid glare at me. I didn't bother going back and trying to have the order fixed after that experience"

"Everything was good, hot, and fresh. Due to lifestyle changes its been a long time since I've had fast food and maybe that makes a difference here but the classic crispy chicken sandwich was surprisingly good. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh not limp and rubbery. The chicken was crispy and hot. The mayo was an ideal portion. The last crispy chicken sandwich I'd had before this one was a McChicken last year and comparing the two would be unfairly biased. It was the complete opposite of this particular Wendy's sandwich. It was basically a half cup of mayonnaise and wilted lettuce sandwich with a gratuitous chunk of chicken flavored putty on a hamburger bun. No comparison. Its unlikely I'll return to this location or continue to eat regularly from Wendy's but if you're reading this wondering if you should eat there tonight then absolutely you should. My kids who are 6 and 4 gobbled up their nuggets and fries like life depended on it and said, "Wendy's doesn't have pink slime nuggets!" They've also not had fast food in a year. Their dad had the chili and crackers and he said it tasted like he remembered it tasting when he was 20 years younger. Everyone was happy with their selection and I hope you will be too."

"Everytime I go to this Wendy's I have issues with either wrong food or wrong change. My most recent visit I gave them cash to pay and the amount given did not match the change provided. The cashier kept asking someone else what to do. Cold fries and chicken in the chicken sandwich was overcooked. It is not the normal that we usually get. It is very annoying."

"I went through the drive-thru on 5/5 at 1pm and ordered the asiago ranch chicken club meal, but received just a plain chicken sandwich instead and fries were way overdone. No biggie, I was starving so I scarfed down a few bites at my desk before I realized something was wrong — the chicken was completely raw. So I reached out to the store a couple times, but no answer. I contacted Wendy's on their site, their Twitter, and their Instagram. I received a response on Twitter saying someone would reach out to me, that was almost two weeks ago. I would honestly just like my $14 back."
