"If you want the worst customer service possible, always be disappointed with the food, and pay raising prices every month, then this is the place for you, I saw some type of manager just standing around watching yet my food was horrible, how about training and setting some type of standard, drink machines always out of ice and never any tea, I waited 1 1/2 hours for a 10 piece order and was cold, I asked for extra fry seasoning when I placed order and there was none so I asked for some and they told me I would have to pay for seasoning, my little sister could run this place better. I just hope the customers see what is going on and stop going so this place can finally close down."

"I am here. At 1701 west Parmer lane. I order on the phone 15 bone-in wings. She missed understood me. She would not admit she took the order wrong. It was $30.00. That's what she told on the phone. I walk in she charges me $37.22. She argue with the customer. She shouldn't be working where she has to deal with customers at all. Not happy at all. The manger didn't do anything about it."

"They always take longer than recommended wait time... Cashier's are touching their face nose and hand you your drink cup with fingers touching the rim of cup nasty.. imagine how else they prepare their food. This location used to be great service and clean."

"Closed 20 minutes early. Whole slogan is open until midnight, doors locked at 11:40. I can see two men standing in the kitchen just talking, the music is still playing, but they just decided to close I guess."

"I call these overall average. The wings themselves leave a lot to be desired as far as the amount of meat on either wings or drums. slThey're just basically very small. I went ahead and ordered to get three flavors. I used the app witch is fairly intuitive however they don't offer an option to even upgrade to multiple flavors until you get in the very large packages of wings. I ordered original hot which is basically their standard medium sauce, Cajun, and barbecue. The hot wings were about what you expect the temperature of spice pretty good This is where the app fails in that there's not very much description and the Cajun as it turns out is a wet sauce which I thought might have been a dry rub. It is one of their hotter flavors and while it had a decent amount of heat the flavor was just a little bit off ...my least favorite flavor of the three I bought. The barbecue wings were pretty wet and actually had a really good Smoky flavor. A lot of complaints about WingStop seems to be about the time it takes..... from the time I ordered via the app I walked into the store 17 minutes later and literally as I walked in they were calling my name so it could not have timed out better and it really was not an unreasonable amount of time."
