"Sign on the door says they close at 10pm. Before 9pm we ordered our food. Cashier asked if we will eat here or to go, we say eat here. When our food comes they tell us you can't eat here we are closing. I tell them the door says 10pm, he said the lobby closes at 9pm, drive thru closes at 10pm. No where does it say that, so we had to sit in a dark car and eat our food."

"The food was fresh, hot, crispy, and amazing! Customer service was friendly, took my order quickly, and made it accurately. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the managers who have a well trained staff. Your employees did a really great job!"

"The service was good in the drive thru, but the chicken was a disappointment. The original recipe was cooked until crispy and the coating was heavy. Once you remove that, the chicken thigh was very small and dry (over cooked). Overall, quite a disappointment."

"Every time I go to this location there is always an issue. Learned my lesson, not going back. Took 20 minutes to get order. Chicken was worse than a gas station. Burnt and super greasy. It was dirty inside and two other customers were angry too"

"Absolutely the dirtiest fast food joint I’ve been to. And this is just front of house, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Tables were covered in what we thought were crumbs, turns out it was actually live bugs."
