"Ordered a steak burro with no rice. Get home, and it is ground beef, cheese, cream, and 4 tomato pieces. Horribly made and taste was off. This is the 3rd time they have messed up a simple order. Not returning! Do better, Elgin Taco Bell!!"
"I ordered 6 tacos and several other things, when I got home I only had two tacos not 6. Everyone ended up having to share because we didn't have enough food. Your people need to be more efficient."
"They always mess up my order. Every single time. It doesn't matter if I order over the speaker or online it will always be messed up. The guy working the drive thru last night ( a very heavy set guy) was so rude over the speaker. I got to the speaker and he shortly asked 'What do you want?' Not 'what could I get you?' or 'welcome to taco bell' he was just so rude. And instead of telling me they were out of items they just replaced it with something else I didn't want. I know they read the ticket bc they added sauce to my side potatoes and even tho I asked for no sour cream they loaded up with it anyways. It wasn't even very busy so I'm just upset they didn't clarify."

"Staff was polite, service was fast, and food was good. This is the first taco bell I have ever seen that had outdoor seating. I'll post pictures. The outdoor seating is covered and has ceiling fans. We sat outside and ate because it was so cold inside. I would recommend this location."
