"Sorry, but this is the best LJS. Food was boiling lava hot, which is definitely not a complaint. Also able to get Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning which is the best of the gimmick flavors."

"This was a HORRIBLE experience. The young kid that was running the drive thru was rude. When I asked that 6 hush puppies be added to my order at the window, he hung his head, sighed, and rolled his eyes. Then as he handed me our drinks, I asked which tea was sweet and which wasn't (I'm diabetic). He said "I don't know, have to play Russian Roulette to figure it out." Then after sitting at the curb for 20-25 mins waiting on our food, they brought us the wrong order and we had to go inside to ask for the right food. This was pure non sense."

"Elgin location)Food was rubbery and it came with 2 hush puppies and a side. I asked for an extra side of hush puppies and I got 1. The cook came to the window yelling in Spanish because I asked if I could order a 2 PC KFC chicken dinner. The cashier stated that she was mad because she doesn't like orders added at the window. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD!"
