"Came for the food, but got hostility instead. Rudest person in the drive thru ever. Guy kept pushing through my order by not allowing me to continue. Example, I order an item,because I knew exactly what I wanted and how, and he said pull up to the window, no asking if I’d like anything else. I said I’d also like 4 party burritos with extra onions, then again, immediately “ok pull up” I basically had to just ignore him and continue my order, because he was acting like he didn’t want me to. I almost just drove off, but I stuck it out. Guy was hostile like a moody child that wanted to say something but knew that it would be crossing the line. I said thank you and was polite and gave no indication of being put off or bothered by his demeanor, asked for extra salsa and he glared at me. I said thanks and have a nice day, and he muttered something that was very much not a pleasant response. The amount of items were correct, but didn’t get the onions on the burrito or the guacamole on the beef muchaco. I didn’t check the order because I did not want to interact with that person again. Same reason I didn’t go back to complain. I never leave reviews. I don’t know what that guy’s problem is, maybe it’s something personal or unrelated to his job, but that location has lost my business while he works there. It’s unfortunate because I really like Taco Bueno, but I’ll just go to Rosa’s for my fast Taco fix, rather than be treated like I’m a nuisance for being polite and ordering food from your store. I never bother leaving reviews, but this interaction was on a level that I’ve never experienced in a drive thru. I can take a wrong order, it’s fast food, happens at expensive restaurants too, ok, it stinks but life’s not perfect, and it’s not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of life, but getting that amount of attitude when I’m being a polite customer, yeah, not worth it to go back. Stay away from this location."

"Ordered for uber eats actually The taco chicken plate and extra guac. Opened the box and everything was cold. The only decent thing was the guac. The tacos have zero chicken. A handful of peices. Also the shells of the tacos are stale. If you're going to charge $14 dollars for this combo at least put adequate amount of chicken."

"First-time customer. Got there at noon. Had a pretty bad feeling because there wasn't a single soul there.but I thought I'd check it out. That was a mistake. Got the wrong food (I was charged for the food I got but not what I ordered), and the taco meat was room temp at best. I also kinda felt bad I interrupted the staffs tick-tock time so that they could make me lunch."

"Love the food come to this taco bueno at least once a week. Today i had the worst experience ever with the new manager christian. After telling me i cannot have a free ice water cause they were out of water cups he tried to charge me almost 3 dollars for a small water cup so after arguing with him and him being extremely rude i told him just forget the water and give me my food he told me i couldnt have my food and slammed the window in my face and walked away. Even the other employee working was appalled at christian and apologized but i still never got my food after driving 25 minutes just to get there. This is the worst customer service i have ever had at any restaurant."
