"Walked in no one at counter. No sign saying there no front help and you have to use screen pad to order. Then there was me and two other people waiting to be helped, with question on the order and payment. Stood for about 10 minutes even though employees saw us standing there. Had to yell to the people if anyone was helping the front. One girl just shook her head no. Then another employee said you had to order through screen. Give prop to the one young man who came to front and asked who needed help. Bad business to change to screen and not have a notice that this what happening. And bad customer service to see people waiting and not even ask if they need help. Just plain stupid."

"This location use to be great but now it's horrible. My order is always incorrect. I called and they placed me on hold for 40 minutes and I could hear the people in the back laughing. I tried calling and it would say the line is busy. Horrible customer service!"

"If I could rate them 0 starts I definitely would!!! I went there to get a $5 craving box and a couple of tacos and 1. We found a hair on the taco, 2. The Dorito Locos taco were very stale and taste like plastic, like if it’s been sitting there and 3. The food didn’t process very well because my husband threw up the food and I kept having constant diarrhea. I called and spoke to the manager and she kept fighting back not to give me a refund because she needed to see the food even though I kept explaining to her multiple times and we threw it away in our garbage. She told me that the whole kitchen staff needed to see the food so she can give me a refund, was very rude about it and refuse to give me her name. When I was trying to explain myself she hung up and kept denying my calls. This location was very rude from the beginning when I was ordering my food and will forever disappoint me. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS TACO BELL! 0 STARS"

"This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Been here twice, and both times the food was wrong or borderline inedible. Sloppily put together. The potato soft taco had like 4 pieces of potato and so much ranch that it was spilling out. My crunchwrap was falling apart. The burritos are wrapped in the wrong tortillas, causing them to be half the size they're supposed to be. It's as if the food was prepared in the dark, randomly tossed into bags, then thrown onto the ground before being served to customers. I'm beyond baffled at how bad this location is."

"i usually never leave reviews even when places do me so dirty but this was just so annoying. it literally took way longer than it should've to just order two soft taco supremes like why am i having to yell and repeat myself almost 6 times and then when it's slow literally just completely ruin my food and not wrap it right so when i open the bag and reach in all i feel is literal food it's all on the bottom of the bag i was able to kinda salvage one but the other was just gone. as someone that has worked at a taco bell before that is just plain no cares given at all and disrespect"
